Sexual harassment remains a significant issue in workplaces within Zimbabwe. Organisational cultures that enable inappropriate conduct or do not adequately protect staff create real significant risk from a legal, reputational and commercial standpoint. Most significantly, sexual harassment affects the victim the most. Hence why it is imperative for employees to create a safe space for employees.
