We are excited that today marks our 5th anniversary! It has been an amazing 5 years of grace, innovation and creativity.
Highlights of the 5th Year
Below is what we managed to accomplish just in our 5th year alone.
Kakic Universe Business
We managed to witness a lot of growth for Kakic Universe Business , the side of our company that offers business services such as Content Creation for Marketing and Advertising campaigns.
One of the many highlights is working with Geronimo Consultants on the promotional material for the 2022 National Population and Housing Census for Zimbabwe.
Our client portfolio also managed to grow as we managed to do some work for the National Prosecuting Authority of Zimbabwe and the Deposit Protection Corporation.
Zimfest 2022 Partnership With Honadigital
As we continue to grow, we are open to more and more partnerships and opportunities. And in that manner we managed to create a partnership with Honadigital and we did some work together for Zimfest 2022. (Read more about this in the appendix section)
Macydo- International Entrepreneurs Confernece
It was our great honour to be the official media partner for Macydo’s 2nd Edition of their International Entrepreneurship Conference. You can read more on this in the Appendix section of this article:
Andrew Manyika’s The Cologniser Comedy Special
Andrew Manyika is a fantastic family-friendly comedian, and we received the great honour of producing his comedy special at Reps Theatre. More details on this to follow

We are also happy to celebrate the growth of WEBSCOPE ZW, the subsidiary of Kakic Universe Business that focuses on digital services that we launched last year.
Kakic Universe Entertainment
Kakic Universe Entertainment is the side of our business that focuses on content for entertainment. Producing epic productions such as PANZE in 2020 and launching the poetry showdown in 2021.
We are excited to announce that we have more amazing work coming your way. Like Journey of the forsaken (JOF), Poetry Showdown 2, The Walking Dead by The Lioness Taffy, and more.
Comexposed Event
Our first event of the year was exhibiting at the first Comexposed Event that was held during the Scripts and bars session earlier this year. (More info on our instagram). We used this as an opportunity to connect with some of you and showcase our new work as well as upcoming productions.
Journey of the Forsaken
Left without a father and subject to the abuse of a jealous uncle, Journey of the Forsaken details the exploits of a young man who descends into Zimbabwe’s underground in search of what it means to be a man
An animated series following the life of Petros bereft of his father, Petros grows into a young man who is forsaken and lost, This is his journey.
The show has 8 Episodes and we can’t wait to share them with you

Poetry Showdown 2
The second edition of our poetry competition is indeed coming soon. We launched it last year and the end result was far greater than we had anticipated. This year we are coming back bigger, harder and better with Poetry Showdown 2. more details to follow, (follow us on social media so you do not miss the updates)
The Walking Dead by Lioness Taffy
The Lionesstaffy is the winner of the the 2021 Poetry Showdown. Her prize, a free 3d animated video for her poem, the walking dead. The project will be released soon in anticipation of Poetry Showdown 2.
