Celebrating our 3rd Anniversary

3 years ago, we officially registered as Company and its been quite the journey! Imagine trying to set up a Creative business in the declining economy of a third world country! Well the journey has not been easy but we are happy, emotional and excited to have made this far, so we’ll take a moment to stop and acknowledge our achievements in this 3 Year Period! (If you would like to look at our achievements from the other 2 years, links are at the bottom, of this article. For now lets focus on what exactly went down during year 3 of operation.)

Kakic Business

Our business side, Kakic Business, introduced a lot of new animation and business packages to help our clients with their advertising and social media content and our client base grew even bigger this year!

Highlight of our business year

We were very honored and excited to be the Media Partner for a Dubai Business Summit, read more on this below!

We’ve also had the honour of working with some huge Organisations like Plan International, Ignite Youth Organisation and UNFPA.

Long john the animated show

We had the honour to work with, NAMA Outstanding Comedian of the year 2019, Savanna Comics Choice Award 2019, Pan African Comedian of the year 2019 , The Steve Harvey’s Spotlight Audience choice Award Winner 2019; Long John The Comedian a Zimbabwean Comedian.

It was fun and an absolute honour to work with Long John on the show, and if you haven’t seen it, Make sure you check it out at the bottom of this article!

Then the Corona Virus Pandemic hit!

We had been working on a number of live shows that we were going to host in Harare and other parts of Zimbabwe when the Corona Virus Pandemic unexpectedly hit the whole world!

Even though we were forced to post-pone those plans, new opportunities arose.

The Medical Update Show

We had the honour to work with the WORLD HEALTH ORGANISATION (WHO) ZIMBABWE, THE MINISTRY OF HEALTH AND CHILD WELFARE OF ZIMBABWE, in creating medical awareness videos to spread information and knowledge on the Covid 19 Pandemic.

We created the Medical Update show!

The medical update show was created to help fight the surge of false information and fake news on the Corona Virus that was surging in the country. You can view the episodes at the bottom of this article! It was an honour to work with them!

Panze

The video and project of the moment! The corona virus pandemic forced a lot of countries to enforce lockdowns to try and reduce the spread of the Virus. However, this brought problems of its own.

2019 Dreamstar Talent Show Finalist and Spoken word artist, Hey Hey Preacher pours out his frustration in a piece titled PANZE. We collaborated with him to create the masterpiece below:

Panze is just amazing! And we are more than proud and delighted to have worked with Hey Hey Preacher on this piece!

The video got a lot of attention. It was featured in News Broadcasts, newspapers and blogs. You can read more on this on the Panze Official Page, (link at the end of this article)

Statistics!

From the period the Lockdown started until now, we have managed to get a total of 127 954 Views accross all platforms for the content we have produced this far. We have reached numbers and stats that we never reached before! Reaching new heights and setting new records for ourselves. Below are just some statistics for some of our work.

We launched our website a year ago when we were celebrating our 2nd Anniversary, and my oh my, the statistics are pleasing!

We have received a total of 4 130 Page views within a space of 1 year! What makes it even better is the stats are from all over the globe! We got visitors from countries we never imagined!

The top 10 Countries being; Zimbabwe, United States, South Africa, Zambia, China, India, United Kingdom, Poland, Nigeria and Ukraine!
